- Your flights: Colombo airport,
- Dinners,
- Beers/ other beverages,
- Camp staff tip is kindly encouraged.
PAYMENT INFO:
All we need is a $500 deposit to secure your spot!
This amount will be deducted from your total, depending on your chosen accommodation type.
The remaining balance can be split into smaller instalments if that makes things easier for you.
We accept bank transfers for NZ-based bookings and Wise transfers for all international bookings.
We’ll be in touch via email or WhatsApp to organise payment with you directly.
Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the start of your trip.
2% of your total retreat fee will be donated directly to the NGO we are partnering with in the area.
For the Sri Lanka edition, we are working with the local project SeaSisters Sri Lanka, in the South Coast.

Cancellation Policy:
If your circumstances change and you need to cancel, all payments are refundable up to 12 weeks prior
to your trip, except for the deposit (which is always non-refundable, with 50% going directly to the NGO).
If you cancel 8 weeks prior to your trip, 50% of the total fee is refundable. No refunds can be issued
within 6 weeks of your trip unless you find someone to take your spot.
